Plan Checkers - Remote

We are seeking experienced Plan Checkers to join our Building Control team. This is a fully remote role where you will play a key role in reviewing building regulation submissions, supporting high-quality compliance, and helping to shape safe, well-designed developments across the UK.

What you'll be doing

• Checking plans for compliance with Building Regulations
• Providing clear, practical technical feedback
• Working collaboratively with surveyors, inspectors and clients
• Managing your workload whilst working remotely, with autonomy and trust

What we're looking for

• RBI Class 2C-2F
• Strong Building Regulations knowledge
• Experience in plan checking (RBCA/local authority or consultancy)
• Excellent written communication
• Self-motivated, organised and detail driven person
