What we can cover
This cover protects the business for their legal liability against accidental injury to
any employee out of and in the course of employment.
We automatically cover £10 million.
This cover protects the business for their legal liability for accidental injury to the
public or for damage to their property.
Optional cover for the cost of repair or replacement if the ongoing work relating to a construction project is damaged by an insured event such as fire, theft, flood or storm.
Optional cover for the businesses owned plant and machinery used on the construction site against damage caused by an insured event such as theft, subject to the policy limits.
Optional cover for the business for any plant that they hire in the event of damage in their possession, subject to the policy limits.
This provides protection for the business for defending criminal proceedings relating to Health and Safety at work in respect of duties to employees.
