Ambitious growth plans sees ICW Group make senior promotions

Strong growth across its building warranties and building control divisions has resulted in ICW Group making a number of senior promotions.

The expansion come as the firm rolls out its ambitious growth plans across the UK and cements its reputation as one of the largest providers of building warranties and building control services.

Among the new roles, Andrew Coates has been appointed as Sales Director for ICW Insurance Services.

With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Andrew previously worked with Willis and Gallagher Insurance Brokers specialising in delivering bespoke commercial insurance solutions for his portfolio of clients. In his new role, Andrew will focus on directing ICW’s business development strategy and will oversee the launch of new products and services.

Meanwhile, Gerard Devine has been promoted to Direct Sales Manager with ICW Insurance Services. Gerard initially joined ICW over three years ago as an account executive and in his new role, Gerard will lead and manage a sales team focussed on delivering building warranty and building control services to existing and new clients.

Rhonda Ferguson has been appointed as Broker Team Manager with ICW Insurance Services. Having been with ICW for more than five years, Rhonda has established strong relationships with key broker clients and will now lead the broker team to support continued business growth.

In line with the key promotions within the sales team, ICW has also appointed Laurance Belton as Operations Director Europe. With over 25 years in the construction industry and a strong background in both business development and key account management, Laurance brings a wealth of experience that will be invaluable as ICW expands into new areas.

The new roles provide the backbone of the firm’s plans for the future, Aaron McCarten, Chief Operating Officer at ICW Group, said.
