ICW secures continued approval in CTSI Audit

ICW is pleased to announce the successful completion of our independent audit of the ICW Consumer Code for New Homes, conducted by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI).

As an Approved Code sponsor, ICW’s Consumer Code for New Homes is assessed against the CTSI audit on an annual basis, confirming high standards of consumer protection, dispute resolution, and builder compliance. The audit concluded that the ICW Consumer Code was well written, comprehensive and fully complies with the Approved Code Scheme.

Operating since 2016, the ICW Consumer Code for New Homes is well established and provides vital protection for homebuyers through the purchase of their new home.

The ICW Consumer Code not only ensures that a property covered by an ICW warranty is built to a high quality standard, but it also enables homebuyers to be confident that they will receive high levels of customer service.

Andrew Spratt, Managing Director of ICW Insurance Services, said “Achieving this recognition from the CTSI validates our teams dedication to maintaining high standards. We remain committed to ensuring that homebuyers are protected and supported through their homebuying journey”.
