MIPIM 2023 - A Success for ICW Group

ICW Group had a successful visit to MIPIM 2023, the world's leading real estate market event. The event took place in Cannes, France, from March 14^th – 17^th 2023.

This is the third year that ICW has participated in the global property event and some of the highlights this year included taking part in the Team Belfast and other UK region activities to raise the profile of ICW, and engaging in discussions with key clients and partners.

The ICW delegates who attended the conference met with existing and potential clients in the main pavilion and at the many fringe events taking place during the week, and participated in high-level networking with investors and developers at a private dinner sponsored by ICW.

MIPIM is the world's leading property market event, bringing together over 26,000 real estate professionals from over 100 countries. With record numbers of delegates in attendance, this year’s event was not to be missed, and key themes for discussion included sustainability and net-zero, as well as a new focus on inclusivity and health & wellbeing in the built environment.

ICW took the opportunity to showcase their range of residential and commercial building warranty and building control services to major contractors, property developers and investors.
