ICW Autumn Update 2020

More than ever, we’ve been working hard this year to maintain and build our client relationships so that we can continue to serve our customers and provide excellent levels of customer service. We are fortunate to have had a busy few months across the ICW Group and I’m excited to share some developments with you.

ICW Group has expanded it’s activities across the UK and we’ve taken on several new staff members in both our warranty and building control divisions. We’ve also made the exciting move to a new head office in Belfast and have been working on a new client portal that will be available soon.

This all builds from our progress earlier in 2020 as we signed a long-term deal with A-rated insurers Accelerant and successfully launched ICW Building Control.  

With a reported increase in activity within the residential sector and signs of a buoyant housing market, there is a positive outlook for the wider construction industry with many companies working at pre-2020 levels as the government has focused on activity within the sector as a driver for wider economic recovery.

We look forward to continuing to assist all of our clients through an ongoing time of challenges for many businesses and would like to thank you for your support.

ICW Group on the move

We are delighted to announce that we have now moved into a new head office in Belfast.

Our business has grown significantly in recent years and the time is right for us to move to our new premises to accommodate our office staff safely and comfortably. We have an ambitious growth strategy and this new office space will enable us to further develop our services and offering. We look forward to welcoming clients to our new office when it is safe to do so.

Digital innovation - ICW Client Portal

Customer service is at the heart of what we do. In order to continue to provide first-class levels of support, we have invested in a new self-service portal exclusively for our clients.

The ICW portal has been designed to provide a seamless end-to-end service. With secure access to warranty and site inspection information, clients will be able to manage site paperwork, view and update survey reports and book surveyor visits online at their convenience. New service - Energy Assessments and EPCs

ICW Technical Services is pleased to be offering energy assessment services for residential and commercial properties. Our team of qualified and experienced energy assessors can provide accurate energy assessment and EPC advice for all types of buildings to help you to achieve compliance with the latest regulations and standards.
